While Elizabeth Arden does not monitor every posting on the Facebook Fan Page, please understand that Elizabeth Arden reserves the right to remove comments, postings, links to outside sources, and visual content that:

6. contain personal information or are repeat messages;
7. contain spam or are intended to cause technical disruptions to the page;
8. condone or promote illegal activity;
9. infringe another’s copyright or intellectual property, unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; or
10. violate any local, state, federal, and/or international rights of the authors, other users or any individual on this page.
